The present invention provides a method and a system for collecting data using a data agent container, which can control a data collector at a remote area. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for collecting data using a data agent container comprises: the data collector; a data collection controller controlling the data collector; and a control monitoring channel connecting the data collector and the data collection controller. The data collection controller includes: a data collector installation and removal control module; a data collector start and finish control module; and a data collector state monitoring module.
