The invention discloses a method for detecting the storage time of pseudosciaena crocea meat. A visible/near infrared spectrometer, an optical fiber probe, a sample detecting tray, an arc guide rail and a cantilever are used in the method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a pseudosciaena crocea meat sample to be detected; secondly, detecting the pseudosciaena crocea meat sample by adopting the visible/near infrared spectrometer; thirdly, calculating to obtain two principle component output signals PC1 and PC2; fourthly, analyzing principle components; fifthly, establishing a mono-stable stochastic resonance system output signal strength characteristic peak value data table of the pseudosciaena crocea meat at different storage times; sixthly, taking the pseudosciaena crocea meat sample to be detected according to the step one, and repeating the steps 2, 3 and 4; on the premise that the contribution rate of the principle components PC1 and PC2 is greater than or equal to 90 percent, if the absolute value of (P-Px)/Px is less than or equal to 5 percent, judging the storage time of the pseudosciaena crocea meat sample to be detected is the same as the time corresponding to the signal strength characteristic peak value Px. According to the method, the storage time of the pseudosciaena crocea meat can be detected quickly, simply and accurately; the safety of pseudosciaena crocea meat food is guaranteed.
