Diagnosis of conlonic transit test and defecography for chronic comstipation

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of conlonic transit test and defecography for chronic comstipation. Methods 126 cases with chronic comstipation were studied with conlonic transit test and defecography. Results Abnormal colonic transit in 23 cases, outlet obstruction in 124 case .84 case were rectocele . 66 case were perineum descending .54 case were anterior mucosal prolapse and internal rectal intussusception. 29 case were spastic floor syndrome .11 case were puborectalis muscle hypertrophy. 7 case were splanchnoptosis. Conclusions Conlonic transit test and defecography play a import role in diagnosis of chronic comstipation and provide reliable basis for clinical treatment .
