The invention provides a multi-layer multi-collection-point hoisting machine structure health monitoring system. The multi-layer multi-collection-point hoisting machine structure health monitoring system at least comprises a plurality of sensors, a plurality of data collection nodes and a state node analysis center, wherein the sensors are arranged at different positions of a hoisting machine respectively, the data collection nodes are arranged at a key position of the hoisting machine, each data collection node is connected with at least one sensor near the position where the data collection node is located, the data collection nodes are used for storing information from the sensors and/or analyzing the information from the sensors in advance so as to determine whether abnormity exists in the hoisting machine or not, each data collection node comprises one of a wireless communication module and a wire communication module, and the state node analysis center is arranged on the hoisting machine and used for being in communication with the data collection nodes and analyzing information from the data collection nodes so as to determine the structure health condition of the hoisting machine. According to the multi-layer multi-collection-point hoisting machine structure health monitoring system, the health condition of the hoisting machine can be monitored and evaluated on line and in real time, and use safety of the hoisting machine is improved.
