Power control system for aeration tank using floating type wireless sensing apparatus for off gas

2014
The present invention relates to a power control system for an aeration tank using a floating wireless apparatus for measuring byproduct gas, and more particularly, to a power control system which has an apparatus for measuring byproduct gas in order to receive information on the byproduct gas from an actual measuring point, and at the same time, receives the amount of power of a blower for providing oxygen or air provided to the aeration tank in real time in order to figure out oxygen transfer efficiency in the entire area of the aeration tank such that the amount of power usage consumed in the aeration tank can be controlled by adjusting operation of the blower. The power control system for an aeration tank of the present invention comprises: a floating wireless apparatus (1) for measuring byproduct gas which is installed at one or more measuring points in an aeration tank (500) in order to measure data related to the byproduct gas in real time and transmit the same; a blower (2) for supplying oxygen or air to a diffuser (2) installed in the aeration tank (500); a blower control unit (4) for controlling the blower (3); a wireless power measuring apparatus (5) for transmitting data of an amount of power usage measured in the blower in real time; and a monitoring PC (6) connected to the floating wireless apparatus for measuring byproduct gas, the blower control unit, and the wireless power measuring apparatus, calculating the oxygen transfer efficiency by using the data related to the byproduct gas and the data on the amount of power usage, and transmitting a blower control command to the blower control unit.
