The invention relates to a bicycle sports suit production method and a bicycle sports suit produced by the method. The method includes the following steps: (S1) collecting the thermophysiological change, muscular activity status, wind resistance, fabric handle and ultraviolet radiation-resistant degree of an athlete to obtain the statistic result of the demand of each part of the body of the athlete; (S2) based on the statistic result, determining materials for each part of the bicycle sports suit; (S3) based on the body size of the athlete, using the materials to produce the bicycle sports suit. The bicycle sports suit comprises an inner close-fitting layer and an outer light layer. The inner close-fitting layer is divided into a plurality of areas according to the different requirements of the thermophysiological change, muscular activity status, wind resistance, handle and ultraviolet radiation-resistant degree of the athlete, and each area uses a different functional material satisfying the demand of the athlete. The bicycle sports suit, which is adapted to the conditions of a bicycle race and the physiological demand of the athlete, is produced in accordance with thermophysiology and physiomechanics, and therefore is more comfortable to wear, and protection is more complete.
