Embryology Observation on Drug Abortive Embryos at Early Stages

Based on several quotas of determining embryonic age, we estimated the actual age of medical abortive embryos and observed the development of early embryonic heart. Of the 121 collected embryos, the rate of malformation was 18.2% and the rate of early embryonic lethality was 33.9%, implying that they were related to the mutation of genetic materials and the reagents that might lead to malformation.
