DENSITY STUDIES OF HIGH-MELTING METAL POWDER COMPACTS
1963
An x-ray analysis was made of Cr, Mo, Nb, and W powders compressed at 2 to 8 t/cm/sup 2/. Identical density regularities were observed in the specimens with microdensity growth at 4 to 6 t/cm/sup 2/. Constitution diagrams indicated a variability in microdensities as a function of specific compression. (R.V.J.)
