Formação para o cuidado no curso de enfermagem: o que dizem os documentos institucionais

The objective is to characterize the education for Nursing care, carried out in the Internship, of the Nursing course at the State University of Ceara - UECE, from 1979 to 2018. This is a qualitative investigation, with a historical approach, of a documental type, turning to Pedagogical Projects and Nursing curricular matrices. The internship is constantly changing. In the last curriculum, it started to offer Internship as a proposal. It is necessary to recognize the dynamics of the curriculum, which meets the demands of the profession, as well as the pedagogical perspectives of training. Therefore, the development of this type of research constitutes a relevant strategy to better understand the aspects that permeate the Nursing Education.
