Analysis of event-triggered control for Lurie systems
2012
This paper is devoted to the event-triggered control for Lurie systems. Under the event-triggered control, the control task is only executed when an event occurs. By the Lyapunov technique, a sufficient condition for the existence of an event condition and the event-triggered controller is provided, which also guaranties the absolute stability of the Lurie system. This sufficient condition is presented in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI), which is easily solved by available LMI toolbox. Moreover, Zeno-behavior is excluded under the proposed event-triggered control. The results are given for both certain Lurie systems and uncertain Lurie systems. Finally, two simulation examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
