As a revolutionary thinking tool, thinking polygraph has many advantages in the field of teaching and learning. The theory and approach course for public policy is a very theoretical and systematical course, which contains all the basic concepts, approaches, and principles, and involves a combination of theoretical knowledge and specific practice of public policies at home and abroad. According to the previous teaching experience, the traditional teaching method, which requires the students to make notes while reading and have classroom discussions, cannot result in very good teaching effects. It is very necessary to apply thinking diagram in the course-teaching of theory and approach for public policy, which will lead to a positive teaching effect.
