Ceramic Devices for Frequency Control and Selection

Application of ceramic devices for frequency control and selection is spreading over a wide frequency range. This report introduced many kinds of ceramic materials for frequency control and selection. An oscillator circuit with a piezoelectric ceramic resonator was analyzed and reliability of each package for resonators and filters was reported comparing reliability tests to field data.
