The invention relates to a method for preparing a biological organic fertilizer by utilizing power plant straw ash, belongs to the field of agricultural environment protection and can effectively solve the problem of low utilization rate after the power plant straw ash is directly applied as a fertilizer. The biological organic fertilizer prepared by the power plant straw ash comprises the following components in part by weight: 3-10 parts of biological bacterium agent, 22-54 parts of organic carrier, 20-35 parts of straw ash and 24-43 parts of inorganic fertilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing the biological bacterium agent; drying and crushing a raw material; and calculating raw material compatibility and supplying amount, pelleting, drying and packaging. The method has the beneficial effects that the production process is simple, the product formula is scientific, the power plant straw ash is utilized as the raw material of the biological organic fertilizer, and the production cost is reduced. The biological bacterium agent, the straw ash and the inorganic fertilizer can be collaborated mutually; and under the specific efficiency of decomposing the inorganic fertilizer and the straw ash by fully utilizing the biological bacterium fertilizer, a crop can better adsorb and utilize the fertilizer, so that the purposes of increasing the yield of crops and saving the fertilizer are achieved, and meanwhile, the pollution caused by straw ash piling and transportation to the environment is reduced.
