The interest of soil pollution is increasing, and soil pollution is not limited on the soil but connected to atmosphere and water system. Gas adsorption on adsorbents depends on temperatures and pressures. When these parameters are fixed, If the gas adsorption capability and selectivity can be changed. If the gas adsorption is controlled by another factor like electromagnetic field. The microwave has characteristics to excite particular components such as water without destroying it. This study maximanized the efficiency of purification using economic microwave, and improved purification of soil efficiency using water and a heating element was founded.
