The prevalence of primary immunopathologic syndromes and immune system status (subpopula-tion structure, proliferation activity of PBMC, cyto-kine production) in population of the Altai region, which exposed to nucleic testing of Semipalatinsk Test Site were studied. We discovered that preva-lence of infection, autoimmune, allergic, haemato-logic and oncologic syndromes in the investigated population were increased in comparison with sibe-rian population. The modifications of subpopulation structure and functional properties of peripheral blood immunocompetent cells were found in the per-sons exposed to radiation influence. We are deter-mined significant increase serum levels of IL-1, -2, -4, -6, -10, TNF-б, IFN-г. These modifications positively correlate with value of radiation dose. The possible role of immune disorders in the immunopathologic syndromes formed in the persons, which exposed to low dose rate radiation.
