The present invention relates to determination and efficient scheduling method in a wireless body area network emergency signal comprising the collector node, the central node and a computer terminal, a collector or more patient monitor, is responsible for determining whether the data distortion is normal, whether the urgent data, when transmitted to other emergency information collected collectors emergency signal, so that the normal transmission delay information is not transmitted, and then transmits the emergency information to the central node. The central node in response to a plurality of acquisition requests, according to the urgency of service data storage area by the central node urgent data queue and a queue composed of the normal data, the priority transmission data in the data queue urgent. This method can increase the reaction rate sensor nodes and processing data during the life cycle of a wireless body area network, and filtered to predict the distortion data of the monitoring target reasoning, simple and easy to deploy and easy to be expanded for general hospital ward care of the patient home and real-time monitoring of physical condition.
