Mikro Kontrolör ile Scr Tetikleme Devresi Tasarımı ve Gerçekleştirilmesi

Power electronics is gaining wide spread usage in industrial electronics and consumer electronics, making the control of power utterly significant. In SCR trigger, ramp signal synchronized to AC mains voltage, and cosine signal are among the widely used methods. This study attempts a phase control using 8 bit PIC (Peripheral Interface Controller) based microcontrollers. Circuit parameters (driver circuit, and SCR currents and voltages) are tested using a SPICE simulation created on Simulation LTSPICE IV software. Resistive load is connected to the control circuit. The triggering pulse and load voltage variation is monitored using an oscilloscope.
