Accumulator embedded with honeycomb type heat exchanger

PURPOSE: An accumulator with an embedded heat exchanger is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by increasing heat transfer area. CONSTITUTION: An accumulator with an embedded heat exchanger comprises an accumulator housing, a heat exchanger(30), a high-pressure side coolant pipe(40), a low-pressure side coolant pipe, and a cooling gas exhaust pipe. The heat exchanger comprises a cylindrical body, a honey-comb type heat transfer body(32), and a plurality of pipe inserts(33). The high-pressure side coolant pipe is inserted into the pipe insert in a U-shape, and high pressure refrigerants supplied from a condenser of a cooling cycle circulate inside of the high-pressure side coolant pipe. The low-pressure side coolant pipe passes through the pipe insert of the heat exchanger, and the low pressure refrigerants supplied from an evaporator of the cooling cycle are discharged to the inside of the accumulator housing. The cooling gas exhaust pipe is inserted into the pipe insert of the heat exchanger, and sends the cooling gas in the accumulator housing to the compressor.
