Region Knowledge Capital and Its Impacts on Region Development

The Solow-Swan model is amended by using knowledge capital elements and the function of region development relationship is explored on the basis of region knowledge capital explanation.Then,the correlation of region knowledge capital together with region development are discussed and analyzed.Furthermore,it is concluded that marginal effect of region development is increasing after diminishing because of the growth of technological capital or intellectual capital,and the growth rate of intellectual capital and technology capital is the growth rate function of structural capital and relational capital in case of the synergetic region knowledge capital.Reasonable structural capital and relational capital can promote increasing marginal effect and accelerate the region development,and so on.The study may provide theoretical basis and reference for policy and practice of region development.
