MINIPROBE FOR DETERMINATION OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF BIOLOGICAL TISSUES

In recent years, a large amount of research work on thermal property has been done and great achievements have been made in China. We developed a mini thermal conductivity probe. This probe has the advantages of convenient operation, short measuring time and small water removal. The measuring results of pig meat and some other organs are satisfactory. The probe can also be applied to the measuring of fruits and vegetables.
