Multi-dimensional stimulating-based colour fluid tactile text displaying device and displaying method

The invention relates to a device and its method which provides with the colored picture information for the visually impaired people based on the multidimensional stimulation. It particularly refers to the jet tactile picture display device and its method which provides with colored picture information for the visually impaired people by using the multidimensional stimulation technology. In the device, the mouse keyboard or the camera connects with the computer through serial and parallel communication interface or USB interface, the operator gains the expected picture information through the mouse keyboard or the camera. Through serial and parallel interface or USB interface, the picture information exported by the computer connects to the jet tactile stimulation devices, and the output signal of the jet tactile stimulation devices connects with the jet tactile display by the control cable, eventually the colored graphic information in the way of the multidimensional tactile stimulation acted on the skin surface of the operator, and making the operator to obtain the knowledge and the tactile cognitive of the surrounding environment.
