Synthesis Evaluation of the Queensland Housing Strategy’s First Action Plan 2017-2020

The Institute for Social Science Research at the University of Queensland, working with ARTD Consultants formed a Housing Strategy Research and Evaluation Partnership with the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy (DCHDE), for the Queensland Housing Strategy 2017–2027.The evaluation of the Queensland Housing Strategy Action Plan 2017-2020 synthesises data from the Post Implementation Reviews of the COVID-19 Residential Tenancies Response and Queensland’s Homelessness Response to COVID-19, together with the Department's assessments of individual actions against the rubrics proposed in the M&E Framework. The report highlights achievements and opportunities for improvement, focussing on the Strategy’s key enablers of partnership, person-centred and place-based approaches.
