Investigation and Research on the Present Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Engineering Postgraduates

With the arrival of a new round of technological and industrial revolution, the increasingly complex international competition and the severe employment situation brought about by the epidemic situation require local universities to further explore the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education for engineering postgraduates, and earnestly train innovative and entrepreneurial new engineering talents for the country in a new era. In this paper, three universities at different levels in Jiangsu Province are selected to explore the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for engineering postgraduates in local universities from the aspects of system design, personnel training, practice platform and management methods according to the relevant documents and professional training programs on their official websites. On this basis, the existing problems are summarized and relevant suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the further reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education for engineering postgraduates in Jiangsu Province.
