Towards 1.5 micrometer pixel pitch holographic display using Ge2Sb2Te5 phase change material

We fabricated 1.5 um pixel pitch holographic display using Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) phase change material. We developed a new structure for GST device and was successful to control the GST phase of every pixel so that a reconstructed image from GST device array was same to the original image.
