Tjoy's inadaptability in China

Several cases about foreign-funded enterprise merger in China were analyzed simply, it pointed out that the failing reason for Tjoy purchased by Coty, which also showed that the merger failures linked with operation of enterprise, and had nothing with "refrigeration".
