중학교 과학 교과서 물리 영역 탐구 활동 자료에 대한 과학 교사의 평가 기준

This study was to discover what criteria science teachers consider when evaluating the inquiry activity materials presented in science textbooks. Three types of topics regarding inquiry activities were selected and 16 science teachers were evaluated about science textbook inquiry activity materials. The collected answers were repeatedly compared and individually coded through line-to-line analysis. The criteria that science teachers consider when evaluating science textbook inquiry activities are as follows. First, the teachers considered the components of inquiry activities and the external/internal system of the textbook. Second, the user environment for science textbooks was considered from the learner factors, school environment factors, and teacher's factors. Based on this study, the criteria for evaluating the diversifying inquiry activity activities presented in science textbooks can be presented. The concepts and categories considered by science teachers in evaluating the inquiry activities presented in science textbooks can be used as evaluation criteria in the process of selecting textbooks in each school in the future. This study may also be considered when constructing the content of inquiry activities in the course of writing future textbooks.
