The invention relates to asparagus lettuce chocolate cake which is composed of following raw materials by weight part. The raw materials comprises 90 parts to 100 parts of low-gluten flour, 20 parts to 30 parts of asparagus lettuce, 10 parts to 20 parts of chocolate, 1 part to 2 parts of white sugar, 1 part to 2 parts of fresh ginger, 2 parts to 3 parts of Chinese chives, 6 parts to 10 parts of pumpkin powder, 3 parts to 5 parts of baking soda, 2 parts to 3 parts of baking powder, 1 part to 2 parts of lemon grass, 6 parts to 8 parts of tremella, 2 parts to 3 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla, 1 part to 2 parts of rubiaceae borreria stricta, 1 part to 2 parts of sealwort, 1 part to 2 parts of pomegranate leaf, 1 part to 2 parts of dogbane leaf, 1 part to 2 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 8 parts to 10 parts of grape juice and the appropriate amount of water. The cake is rich in nutrition, soft in texture, fine in taste and high in health care value.
