Endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography in primary and secondary tumours of the pancreas

Abstract Twelve of 69 histologically proven pancreatic malignancies were secondary tumours. The most common pattern in the pancreatogram was occlusion and stenosis of the main pancreatic duct. It was not possible radiologically to differentiate between primary and secondary lesions.
