In 2004 "Primorsky forensic medicine bureau" and faculties of forensic medicine of the Vladivostok state medical university created forensic expert-scientific and educational center which has united the best employees. Such connection of a science and practice has entitled to carry out major researches under orders of Russian Center of forensic medicine that has improved the of forensic medicine of sexual crimes and sexual conditions, has allowed to use morpho-hysto-chemical analysis of a structure of external genitals and their changes under influence of adverse factors. Employees of the Center participate in the international scientific programs, including on studying of Y-chromosome in a population of Primorsky Krai. Forensic examinations of defects of medical aid are done with the best representatives of the professors of VGMU and are simultaneously the manual for improvement of quality of medical help.
