An enantioselective synthesis of (R)- and (S)-3-amino-7-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-[1,8]naphthyridin-2-one

Abstract An enantioselective synthesis of ( R )- and ( S )-3-amino-7-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1 H -[1,8]naphthyridin-2-one via an asymmetric reduction and spontaneous cyclisation is reported.
