The invention discloses a gas-gun device for testing material dynamic property, which is characterized by comprising a combination of a bullet and a flying plate, a combined test piece; wherein the combination of the bullet and the flying plate and the combined test piece are separated from each other; the combination of the bullet and the flying plate comprise a bullet body and a flying plate which are both cylinders; the front end of the bullet body is provided with a flying plate seat which is formed in the way that the middle part of the front end of the bullet body recesses inwards; the flying plate is arranged in a flying plate seat, the size of which is matched with the size of the flying plate; the flying plate is tightly matched with the lateral wall of the flying plate seat; the combined seat is provided with at least 3 stairs in sequence in the same direction, each stair is respectively provided with a probe point; the combined test piece and the flying plate are made from the same material. Proven by experiments after being applied, the device has very high precision compared with standard material parameter, thus serving as the device for testing material dynamic property.
