The authors are members of the Dairy Science Department. products. Processes involved in pasteurization, freezing, storage and handling are demonstrated. Fluid milk products, butter, cheese, ice cream and condensed and dry milks are studied. Student help is utilized extensively in the daily operation of the processing plant. Here students get an opportunity to obtain practical experience as well as to earn money for school expenses.
