Modeling and Simulation of Mountainous Terrain Based on Wavelet Analysis

Mountainous terrain is very complex. Although there are a lot of randomness on the surface features, but also have a certain correlation. Based on the basic features of the mountainous terrain, the wavelet analysis is introduced to the high frequency part of the mountain area, and the whole fluctuation part corresponds to the low frequency part, and the terrain analysis model is established. The wavelet coefficients of different levels corresponding to different landforms, namely wavelet unified feature and terrain features, so the model has the advantages of small amount of calculation, and experimental results verify the correctness of the method, has certain theoretical and practical significance to the future research.
