A method of operating an evaluation circuit for an electrochemical cell

A method for the operation of an analytical circuit for an electrochemical cell is disclosed, whereby the analytical circuit is switched on for a first period and switched off for a second period. In the above, the ratio between the first and second period is less than 1. The measured value from the electrochemical cell is subjected to a current amplification, which forms part of the analytical circuit.
