Fabricación de muebles a partir de desechos de papel

espanolEl objetivo de este articulo es presentar el desarrollo de un material y una herramienta que permiten la fabricacion de muebles a partir de desechos de papel de oficinas y escuelas. En el metodo se empleo la metodologia TRIZ (Teoria para resolver problemas de inventiva), se establecieron criterios para evaluar el material a desarrollar, y se experimento con diferentes configuraciones hasta crear un material adecuado para la fabricacion de muebles, ademas, se construyo una herramienta para agilizar el proceso de fabricacion. Los muebles fabricados se constituyen unicamente por papel, adhesivo biodegradable, y desechos textiles o pintura base agua para su acabado, y su proceso de fabricacion es de facil transferencia y muy bajo costo. A un ano de haber fabricado el primer mueble, este permanece en optimas condiciones, a pesar de haber sido sometido a condiciones para las cuales no fue disenado. EnglishThe aim of this paper is to present the development of a material and a machine that enable the manufacturing of furniture from waste paper from offices and schools. The method uses the TRIZ methodology. Criteria were established to evaluate the material to be developed, and different settings were experimented to create a suitable material for making furniture. Furthermore, a machine was constructed to speed up the manufacturing process. The manufactured furniture is only made by using paper, biodegradable adhesive, and either textile waste or water based paint for its finishing. Its manufacturing process is easy transfer and at a very low cost. A year after having manufactured the first piece of furniture, it remains in good condition, despite having been exposed to conditions for which it was not designed.
