Industrial Application Examples

This chapter applies the MOOTuning software that accompanies this book to two examples. First the temperature control in a Continuously Stirred Tank Heater in Sect. 8.1 using two cost functions. In addition a Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor is analyzed for the control of the concentration of the product in an isothermal case in Sect. 8.2 using a three function problem.
