ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ МЕТОДА БИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ОБРАТНОЙ СВЯЗИ В КОМПЛЕКСНОМ ЛЕЧЕНИИ СИСТЕМНОЙ СКЛЕРОДЕРМИИ

Clinical and psychological evaluation of biofeedback effi ciency in complex therapy of 90 patients suffering systemic sclerosis (SS) was carried out. Reliable positive dynamics of subjective control’s level, and also some signs of capillary, dermal count, articulate count, number of swollen joints, swelling index were founded in SS patients after the course of biofeedback. Besides, biofeedback has positive infl uence on the main indices of patients’ quality of life – physical functioning, role-physical functioning, bodily pain, general health, social functioning and roleemotional functioning. We propose that biofeedback promote improvement of brain and peripheral microcirculation, improvement of an emotional condition, mobilization of will and self-rating rising. The use of biofeedback method in complex treatment of SS patients allows increasing its effi ciency signifi cantly.
