Heat Meter with Microprocessor: Final Results of the Study

The aim of the study carried out under the Contract EEA-1-012-I(S) was to demonstrate the possibility of saving energy by means of a low-cost, accurate heat meter which, with the use of a microcomputer would have also the capability of controlling autonomously, the complete heating system to which it is devoted.
