Energy analyzer of an electron magnetic spectrometer

Data are given on the calculation and practical implementation of the energy analyzer in the electron magnetic coreless spectrometer with double focusing. The energy analyzer has a focusing angle 254/sup 0/ and a resolution of approximately 1.6 eV for the C1S(AlK/sub ..cap alpha../) line.
