Preparation of Porous ZnIn_2S_4 Photocalalysts via Microwave-Hydrothermal Method and Research on its Catalytic Properties

2013
The porous ZnIn2S4 photocatalysts were synthesized by using CTAB as template via microwave-hydrothermal method. The crystal structure, morphology and chemical composition of the above-prepared photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronic microscope(SEM),UV-Vis,energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The effects of CTAB concentration,pH value, microwave reaction time and temperature on the structure of catalysts and properties of catalytic degradation of methyl orange were investigated. It was found that the optimum preparation conditions of the porous ZnIn2S4 were 0.54g of CTAB adding amount,2.0 of pH value,140℃ and 1.0h of microwave-hydrothermal temperature and time. The degradation rate of methyl orange reached 64.3% with 0.01g catalyst.
