Research progress on nursing care of hand hygiene

The number and quality of nurses′ hand hygiene is closely related with the infection of hospital.This article describes the main factors about the impact of nursing hand hygiene are: Shortage of human resources,awareness is not high,hand-washing facilities are not improved,The supervision is not enough and other issues,by strengthening the training of nursing staff to raise awareness,improve hand-washing facilities,and strengthen supervision and management to improve the compliance of the nursing staff′s hand hygiene and reduce hospital infections,protect the safety of patient care.
