A light trapping microstructure layer is arranged on the surface of the moving target, the cross section of the light trapping microstructure layer is formed by a plurality of isosceles triangles, and the length of the bottom edge of each isosceles triangle and the height of each isosceles triangle are in micron dimensions. According to the infrared stealth light trapping structure of the moving target, a microstructure of which the cross section is formed by the plurality of isosceles triangles is manufactured on the surface of an elastic body by utilizing the electromagnetic coupling characteristic of light and the microstructure, so that infrared trapped light is realized, and the reflectivity and emissivity of the moving target are reduced, thereby reducing the detected possibility of the moving target.
