showed statistically significantly higher performance in final test (p=0.002) and post-test (p=0.014) compared with RG candidates (Table 1 and Fig. 1). A few candidates failed in cardiac arrest scenario testing during the courses, while during reassessment, all providers performed well and there were no differences between PG and RG, except a statistically significant difference in the recall of the necessity of epinephrine and amiodarone administration in PG. Conclusions: A targeted group forming method based on trainees’ pre-test score seems to have a significant effect on knowledge retention after 6 months, while it has no effect on skill retention.
