The invention discloses a tea drying device adopting electrical heating helmholtz type pulsating flow. The device adopts the scheme that an air inlet is connected with a helmholtz pulsating flow generator; the tail pipe of the helmholtz pulsating flow generator is connected with the lower end of a vertical pipe; a screw feeder used for conveying fresh tea leaves is connected with the vertical pipe; the upper end of the vertical pipe is connected with one end of a pulsating flow drying pipe which is inverted U-shaped; the other end of the pulsating flow drying pipe is connected with a cyclone separator through a connecting pipe; the air outlet of the cyclone separator is connected with a dust remover; the air outlet in the top of the dust remover is connected with an induced draft fan; a flue is connected to the front part of the air inlet of the induced draft fan. According to the invention, by virtue of the pulsation effect of airflow and the feeding of the screw feeder, tea leaves can perform reciprocating back-and-forth movement in the pulsating flow drying pipe to be better mixed with high-temperature gas, so that the drying effect is enhanced.
