The application of Journal club in clinical postgraduate students

Compared with the passive teaching mode of traditional medical education in postgradu-ate students, Journal club can bring postgraduates' initiative and innovative into full play, which will improve the training level of clinical postgraduate students. For successfully implementing Journal club, the teacher's attention and guidance and the postgraduates' active participation are required. At the same time, according to different learning levels of postgraduates chooses suitable Journal club's type step by step is necessary.
