Lymphatic drainage abnormalities in a child presenting as an unilateral vulvar swelling: a case of "Bicyclist's vulva"

: The diagnosis of chronic vulvar swelling in children can be challenging and it may be difficult to conduct additional tests in this young population. We report a rare case of chronic unilateral vulvar lymphedema in a young cyclist, known as the "bicyclist's vulva", documented by a lower limb lymphoscintigraphy.
