Amino acid-containing organic-inorganic compound fertilizer and preparation method thereof

2010
The invention discloses an amino acid-containing organic-inorganic compound fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: selecting protease producing strains decomposing amino acid, adding 40 to 60 percent of rap oil seedcake, 20 to 30 percent of peanut oil cake, and 20 to 30 percent of soybean oil cake for mixing, and performing soilid fermentation and enzymolysis to generate an amino acid organic fertilizer; mixing 0 to 25 percent of potassium chloride, 10 to 30 percent of potassium sulfate, 0 to 20 percent of urea, 5 to 15 percent ofphosphorus-containing antidetonating ammonium nitrate, 20 to 40 percent of ammonium phosphate, 1 to 5 percent of microelement and 0 to 25 percent of potassium nitrate to obtain an inorganic fertilizer; mixing 40 to 45 percent of amino acid organic fertilizer and 55 to 60 percent of inorganic fertilizer, spraying molten urea slurry with the temperature of between 85 and 90 DEG C, and granulating to obtain the amino acid-containing organic-inorganic compound fertilizer. The amino acid fertilizer can directly supply nutrition to the soil, serve as a nutrition regulator of the soil, make plants breathe vigorously, promote plant cell division, accelerate differentiation of growing tips of the plants, promote the development of plant roots and improve the utilization rate of soil nutrients.
