Background: Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a common progressive and debilitating degenerative joint condition. The standard provision of care for persons with knee OA has been identified as fragmented necessitating a more coordinated approach. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) is the universally accepted multi-dimensional health model for the provision of holistic approach to patient care. The ICF is a comprehensive and adequate framework for assessing the impact of arthritis on individual patients. Despite the benefits, the actual application of the ICF is limited in clinical practice. Purpose: The purposes of this case report are:
