Los Delitos Electorales

As a result of the mentioned electoral political reform on February 10, 2014, several senators presented three different legal projects that aimed to establish criminal behavior in electoral matters. That is why this article analyzes the legislative process and the decision making that ended with the publication of the General Law of Electoral Crimes. An analysis is also made of the behaviors that remain typified and how they were configured.
