A solar heat utilization gas turbine plant provided with a compressor (1) for pressurizing combustion air, a combustor (2) for mixing and burning the combustion air and gas turbine fuel to generate high-temperature combustion gas, and a turbine (3) for driving the compressor (1) using the combustion gas, said solar heat utilization gas turbine plant being provided with a heat collector (11) for converting feed water into warm water by the heat energy of the sun, a suction air spray device (18) for spraying the warm water obtained by the heat collector (11) from the inlet of the compressor (1) into the combustion air, and a heat exchanger (19) for cooling part of the warm water by the gas turbine fuel to produce circulation water.
